As your doula, my role is to walk beside you through pregnancy, labor, and birth — offering emotional, physical, and educational support every step of the way. I help you prepare for what’s ahead, understand your options, and confidently speak up for your needs and preferences.
What’s Included
Two prenatal visits to plan your birth preferences and comfort techniques
Help with advocacy and communication with your care team
Continuous in-person labor and birth support in your chosen setting
Immediate postpartum care (1–2 hours after birth)
Ongoing text and phone support throughout pregnancy
Access to trusted, evidence-based resources
